Last Week was my first Grain-Free Meal plan. I created it with my favorite recipes from the week around the blog world. So many people told me they loved this plan, needed it and that it cut time out of their lives because meals were planned and options were given. Did it help you?
Once again, I want to let you know that this is a guidebook and a plan for your week. I don’t think any of you will actually make all 3 meals everyday. And I don’t either. But this will give you an idea for the week. Pick and choose, mix and match. This guide is for you!
In case you missed it, this is the Meal Plan for Week 1
Enjoy!
Let me know what you think and what recipes are your favorites!

Do you know if the Rueben Cabbage Rolls from Real Food RN can be frozen? I don’t have much opportunity to feed a crowd anymore but the recipe looks really good!
Her site requires comments through facebook which I won’t do & a couple of sites I don’t use…in other words, very limited commenting choices. Thanks!

I am not sure if the Rueben Cabbage Rolls can be frozen. But I will ask Kate from Real Food RN and see. I’ll let you know when I hear back!
Meghan Birt says
I just heard back from Kate that the Rueben Cabbage rolls do NOT freeze well. The cabbage gets really mushy. Sorry, I wish! And she also said that you can comment on her blog below the Facebook comment section. So hopefully those both help you!

Thank you for checking! Guess I’ll try a half batch :)
Thanks for the tip about her blog, I’ll remember if I want to add a comment there in the future.
