Ep 94: Things Nobody Tells You Before Having C-Section

Podcast

Ep 94: Things Nobody Tells You Before Having C-Section

In this episode I am going to share everything with you that I wish I had known before having my c-sections.

This is the information I scoured the internet for, finding only bits and pieces of what I should expect after searching tons of different websites, forums and hearing firsthand experiences.

Sometimes I found great and sweet bloggers giving me their stories of their cesarean birth stories, tips on having a gentle c-section, and tips for taking care of myself.

Other times I found scary stories, very medical answers, and a lot of tidbits I had to piece together myself.

I was super committed to ask our amazing OB tons of questions and finding out as many answers to my questions or irrational thoughts as I could.

So, this episodes has been put together with YOU in mind. I don’t know your story or unique situation.

But if you’re going to have a c-section, you’re in the right place! You’re going to find a lot of answers to your questions here. Prep, surgery, and recovery…..it’s all here for you!

What You’ll Hear:

  • Everything you need to know about your c-section incision and scar
  • How to best care for your incision and scar
  • What to expect for how you’ll feel after your c-section
  • Tips for managing your pain levels
  • How long to expect healing to take
  • Tips for optimizing your healing process
