This is a super simple and easy chocolate pudding recipe with real food ingredients. This was actually the first chocolate Ottava had and she loves the pudding. A lot of the sweetness comes from the bananas and you get a good source of healthy fat from the avocados too.
If you’re looking for a more traditional chocolate pudding, I also have a recipe for that here.
Ingredients
1 Avocado
2 Banana
1.5 teaspoon Stevita stevia
2 teaspoon maple syrup (optional, I think the stevia makes it sweet enough)
2 Tablespoons Almond Milk, unsweetened
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Directions
- Combine all ingredients to a food processor
- Pulse ingredients until they are smooth. This can take a couple of minutes
- Serve and enjoy
- You can also top with a dollop of whipped cream, cocoa nibs, or strawberries
- Store in the fridge covered with plastic wrap or wax paper to prevent the avocados from browning. I’m not a huge fan of plastic wrap, but it works for preventing the browning of avocado
