It’s no secret that I believe that there is no way to be perfect when it comes to being healthy. You’re going to mess up sometimes and guess what? THAT’S OKAY!
This week, I have Robin Long of The Balanced Life joining me talking all things exercise, balance, and grace. I have been following Robin for a couple of years and I am so inspired by her and her “grace over guilt” philosophy and how guilt has no room in our lives.
Robin and I discuss tips on how to make exercise a healthy habit and not something that you dread doing each day.
One of my favorite parts is talking with Robin about the health goals that she has because it shows us that we all, even those who are health experts, fall off the wagon occasionally.
