It’s no secret that I believe that there is no way to be perfect when it comes to being healthy. You’re going to mess up sometimes and guess what? THAT’S OKAY!
This week, I have Robin Long of The Balanced Life joining me talking all things exercise, balance, and grace. I have been following Robin for a couple of years and I am so inspired by her and her “grace over guilt” philosophy and how guilt has no room in our lives.
Robin and I discuss tips on how to make exercise a healthy habit and not something that you dread doing each day.
One of my favorite parts is talking with Robin about the health goals that she has because it shows us that we all, even those who are health experts, fall off the wagon occasionally.
This was such a fun episode to record and I hope you enjoy!
Today’s episode is brought to you by the Simplify Your Health Challenge. A 30 day challenge designed for overwhelmed, busy mamas ready to take control of their health.
For 30 days, you will receive one task in an email that will be small and actionable. I am a firm believer that by doing little things each day, you will then begin to create lifelong healthy habits.
If you tried to do all of these actions steps at once, you would most likely fail. However, little by little we can change our health.
If you are ready to start taking action and healing your body, then this is your chance to do it!
Robin Long is a certified Pilates instructor and creator of The Balanced Life, a website dedicated to helping women love their bodies.

When Robin’s not filming Pilates workouts on the beach, she can be found chasing her 4-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son, going for runs with her husband, relaxing on the beach, and occasionally enjoying a chilled glass of buttery Chardonnay.
