After much prayer, passion and good old hard work I present my new website:
You guys, this has been a long time coming! I am literally bursting at the seams as I have been working behind the scenes to put this together and having to wait to actually announce the name change during the launch. This week I am going to be doing daily giveaways (so check back for them too). You can find Day 1 HERE.
Why change the name?
I decided to change the name from Just Enjoy Food to my name because over the last year my blog has changed to more than just recipes. It’s full of resources, products and programs that I love and want to share with you. And this is my launch into a real business, well, what I am working on full time now and am working to expand. I left my job as a chiropractor and detox coach to pursue my passion for women’s digestive health and teaching women that our health matters! This is also a new season for me in following God’s plan to use my degree, education and health journey I’ve lived myself.
Just Enjoy Food is still near and dear to my heart. It was the start of what I do and was a great name for a food blog. Like I said, I have grown out of the blog and want to expand my message to reach more women. Why? It’s because of my own health story and the things I’ve learned along the way getting myself healthy and through all of the seminars and education I go to as a chiropractor. I find myself still loving all of the recipes I have created and shared with you over the years, but I am also interested in sharing more ways to create a healthy body and live a healthy life.
What do I believe?
I believe that your health is vital to your life’s purpose
I believe that your body was created to heal from the inside out
I believe that I have been given a story and my health story is my unique story to tell.
I believe my chiropractic education and advanced healing education gives me a foundation in science and ability to one-on-one coach women to reach their best health
What do I teach?
I teach above all that as women we should believe in our core that our health is important. A healthy life is made through consistent healthy choices, not fad diets or quick fixes. The lifestyle choices big or small are important and a health life is taken step by step. Little by little.
I teach everything from the core that our bodies are magnificently created and can heal naturally.
I teach on fueling our bodies well. I specifically teach on cutting out the processed foods. Gluten (and often times grains). Nourishing our bodies with healthy fats. Eating lots of organic and high quality vegetables. Cutting out refined sugars and using mostly stevia and honey as sweeteners. Cut out the additives in foods that aren’t supposed to be there (colorings, preservatives, chemicals, junk)
I teach on getting rid of chemicals in our lives: personal care products, make-up and household cleaners
I teach on doing what we can as women to live our healthiest life possible

Meghanbirt.com is for YOU! I created it with you in mind. It is for women to come and find a place for safe, reliable and do-able health information. This is my heart and my desire is for you to know your health is important and give you resources that I use and believe in with all of my heart to make that belief a reality in your life. You have my promise that I won’t recommend or promote something that I haven’t used, done or listened to in my own life. I’m not going to promote something because it’s popular. I won’t promote something that’s a quick fix and doesn’t work anyways. I won’t share things that don’t resonate with my core. And my core is to encourage, empower and educate women to their healthiest life possible. Because being healthy matters. Your health makes you a better woman, wife and/or mother, sister, employee/employer, friend. You are able to achieve your purpose God has called you too more efficiently when you are more healthy. Let’s be on this journey together. Right here, right now.
