Warm, soothing and healthy. It hits the spot on a cool night!
In wanting to post this recipe, I realize that winter is ending and this might not be the best drink for the unseasonably warm temperatures. But still, I want people to know about this delicious drink. It’s one of my favorite drinks for evening when I may be desiring something sweet or wanting a sugary treat after dinner. I can almost imagine hot chocolate and reading a good book right now!
Ingriedients
1-2 Tablespoons organic cocoa powder (use more if you like more chocolate)
12 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
Plain Stevita stevia, to taste
Dash of Cream for more creaminess (if you can tolerate dairy)
Directions
- In the bottom of a mug add the cocoa powder, stevia and cream
- Heat up coconut milk in a sauce pan. Pour into the mug and stir until all of the cocoa powder is combined
