Ep. 115: How to Fix Your Gut-Brain Connection with Susie Garden

Digestion· Nutrition· Podcast· Women's Health

Susie Garden

You know I love talking about your gut!

There are tons of podcast episodes, social media posts, and blogs dedicated to your gut, and your gut health.

Which is why I am so excited about this week’s podcast episode.

On the Just Enjoy Healthy podcast, I am interviewing Susie Garden about the connection between your brain and gut.

She and I have really similar stories about HOW we got into functional nutrition and our passion for health and wellness.

Not only does she share her journey on this episode, but she is going to be sharing some really interesting information about how your gut health can either positively or negatively affect your brain function.

Susie Garden spent almost 2 decades working as a Registered Nurse and in the
pharmaceutical industry before corporate burnout saw her reassessing her life
and goals. Susie was inspired by the anonymous quote “Create a life that feels
good on the inside, not one that just looks good on the outside”. This fuelled her
desire to work in the ‘Wellness’ model, focusing on a healthy lifestyle for her
clients, rather than the ‘Sickness’ model where change only happens once illness
is present.

Now, as a passionate Gut Healing Naturopath and Yoga Teacher, she sees
clients in her Wellness Clinic in Brisbane and runs the transformational Radiant
Health Mentoring program which reflects her holistic approach to health.

What You’ll Hear:

  • The importance of Gut Health
  • Basics of Gut Brain Connection
  • Practicals of how to heal the gut
  • What is the root cause?
  • Benefits of seeing a practitioner
  • Nutritional and lifestyle support
