Ep. 126: All About Beautycounter’s Countermatch Skincare Collection

Beauty· Podcast

countermatch

It’s no surprise how much I love Beautycounter and their clean beauty products. Today, I’m going to educate you on everything you need to know about the Countermatch Skincare Collection. Based on three ingredients, Squalane, Plum Oil, and Phytic Acid, this collection is great for normal skin and will keep you moisturized in any environment all day long.

You are going to be amazed by the benefits of the Countermatch Collection!

Beautycounter’s Countermatch Skincare Collection Overview

Beautycounter’s Countermatch Skincare Collection is the perfect match for normal skin that’s not too oily or too dry. This collection has six products with a focus on long lasting moisture using three key ingredients: Squalane, Plum Oil, and Phytic Acid. The product line includes the Pure Calm Cleansing Milk, Hydra-Gel Radiance Toner, Intense Moisture Serum, Adaptive Moisture Lotion, Recovery Sleeping Cream, and Eye Rescue Cream.

The Science Behind Countermatch

Our skin is exposed to many toxins in our everyday environment. Countermatch is the skincare line that is able to mimic what our skin needs to combat those toxins through the use of plant based products.  This technology is called biomimic and it uses natural products to bring life and moisture to our skin.

The Benefits of Hyaluronic Acid in Countermatch

Hyaluronic acid is a natural element within our bodies that keeps our skin moisturized. Based on age, environment, and other individual factors, we often benefit from adding more hyaluronic acid to our beauty regimen. It’s very gentle and two of the products in the Countermatch line contain hyaluronic acid to help deliver more water to those dry areas to achieve moist, plump skin.
