Ep 110: Do We Really Need to Use Supplements?

Podcast· Supplements

Now, first I want to say that I am all about making sure your body gets the nutrition it needs from eating real, whole foods.

But, sometimes it just isn’t enough.

In today’s day and age, it’s next to impossible to get all the nutrients you need from food alone, which is where good, quality supplements come in.

My family and I regularly use a variety of supplements for many different reasons to both improve and support our overall health.

Because there is so much noise out there about the good, the bad and the must-have supplements for optimal healthy living, I wanted to help clear things up for you!

In this episode I am sharing exactly which supplements I use for myself and my family, what I recommend to patients, and where to start with your own supplementation.

What You’ll Hear:

  • Why supplements are necessary
  • What supplements I recommend & why
  • Tips for getting started with supplementation
