I can hardly believe it, but we’ve made it to our 100th episode of The Just Enjoy Health Podcast!

And for this special episode, you ares in for such a treat because I’m chatting with the amazing Jess Connolly about what it truly means and looks like to be free in Christ when it comes to your health.

Jess is loudly proclaiming that it is OK to take care of you and your health when your mindset and motivations align with God’s heart, and that it is in fact possible to glorify God through your health.

Jess lives in Charleston, SC with her husband and four wild kiddos where they’ve planted a church called Bright City in the downtown area.

She started Naptime Diaries (now All Good Things Collective) in 2011, selling scripture prints out of her home, helped cofound SheReadsTruth in 2012, as well as Influence Network alongside Hayley Morgan.

She’s played a part in writing several amazing books, including Wild and Free, Always Enough, Never Too Much, and her latest, Dance Stand Run.

Jess is passionate about family, God’s word, and seeing women take their place in the kingdom.
