This super quick episode is to announce a brand new podcast series called Health Tips for Tired Moms that I’m excited to dive into throughout the rest of this season.

After having a conversation with a tired mama friend about her desire to learn how to better care for and support her post-baby body, I decided to start this new series to help support all of my tired mama listeners on your health journeys.

It’s hard work being pregnant and taking care of little ones and your family while trying to sift through health information to find answers to your questions. My hope is that this series will be an encouraging place for you to find the answers you’re looking for.
