The creamy version of my Honey Mustard Dressing.
PS, it’s just as easy… you only need to add a little mayonnaise and voila you have a creamy dressing.
Ingredients
1/4 c yellow mustard (dijon mustard optional)
1/4 cup raw honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
dash salt
dash pepper
2/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use grapeseed oil Veganaise)
Directions
- In a blender add the mustard, raw honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and salt and pepper
- Turn the blender on low and slowly pour in the olive oil
- Turn the blender to high and blend for 20 seconds to emulsify the oil into the dressing
- Add the mayonnaise to the dressing and blend on high for another 20 seconds
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
