I was so blessed to get an advanced copy of Eat The Yolks by Liz Wolfe. From the instant I got the book in my hands I couldn’t put it down. Liz is amazing, many of you know this already. Liz blogs at Real Food Liz and co-hosts the Balanced Bites Podcast. If you know Liz you know her humor, if you don’t know Liz yet, you will soon know her humor. It’s amazing! And it comes out in full force in this book, which makes the book even more enjoyable and really hard to put down. If you can learn and laugh at the same time the information sticks in your brain so much more. And now it’s released for you to buy now.
Many of you know already but I love science. My brain thinks in science and I love intellectual books. But sometimes books full of science can be boring. Eat The Yolks is anything but boring. It is the perfect fusion between science and humor and the cherry on top is that her information is true nutrition. Liz comes out of the gate with Eat The Yolks fighting food lies and backing them up with science and common sense. And it continues throughout the entire book. If you are a nutrition beginner or a seasoned veteran on the benefits of fat and cholesterol you will learn a ton.

Liz doesn’t only talk about science in a funny way. She dismantles food myths that have made us sick and gives power to real and natural foods, the healing power of our bodies You also learn that calories aren’t important, it’s about the nutrients you get from foods. And that’s a very powerful concept to our minds . No longer do we need to believe the lie about calories in vs calories out. It’s really about delicious healing foods and not finding yourself in a food jail made by rules and regulations from some governing body. Whew… this get’s me excited! I hope it does for you too! I’ll step down from my soap box now and leave the paradigm shifting to Liz.
