When you log into 20 Dishes, you will see the week’s meal plans for the Paleo, AIP, and Low FODMAP diet in the drop down in your My Menu section, along with the shopping list and step-by-step prep sheet for the week. You can print the recipes and shopping list so you can get started on your first week immediately. We create a new meal plan every week so you get a variety of dishes that will keep your family happy and healthy.
The large recipe library is continuously growing and is full of kitchen-tested recipes that are perfect for our F.A.S.T. system. You can add these to your My Menu and create your own meal plan and shopping lists. Please note that step-by-step prep lists are only available for the 20 Dishes Provided Meal Plans.
20 Dishes will walk you through the meal planning process, provide a grocery list, and give you step-by-step prep instructions each week for our meal plans. This will have you spending less time in the kitchen and have more time to do the things you love.
