>> What is a good and healthy fat versus an unhealthy and bad fat.

>> The importance of meal planning and how to meal plan each week, which saves time and money.
>> How I shop per week and make healthy shopping a part of your life (aka, without the overwhelm)

>> How to life life consistently (with flexibility) and listening to your body and not following a set of rules.
