You Need to Find the Right Recipe of Healing

Articles· Faith and Encouragement· Nutrition· Women's Health

This quote brings me hope and it should bring you hope too.

“I believe the symptoms are temporary. You just need the right recipe.”

-Dr. Jess Peatross

We each are bio-individual. We have different genetic predispositions, we have different toxic exposures and we have different levels of getting toxins out of our bodies.

Trust your body can heal. It takes work. Work to find your best recipe. And sometimes it takes relentless pursuit of finding your right recipe.

You know I walked through a very hard year of symptoms. Especially 9 months that felt constantly overwhelming. But in this last year I have learned more about my health and what works for my body than I had the previous 10 years.

I am finding my recipe. And it is working. Healing is happening. It is slow, I have a lot more work to do, but I have had little glimpses of feeling more normal. And those are incredible!

Keep going. Keep finding YOUR right recipe! And thank you to @dr.jess.md for the inspiration and incredible education on WellnessPlus.
