
In today’s culture we hear conflicting information on following a diet. We hear this diet or that diet is superior and will help you achieve all your health goals. Then on the other side we hear the opposite. That you don’t need a particular diet to be healthy. And you can be healthy at any size.
This just leads to an unhealthy mindset around food. Food is good and so nourishing for your body. It is important to have a good mindset around food. You can decide to eat well and it doesn’t have to be linked to a particular diet. Listening to your body and knowing your current physiology is important when it comes to food.
