I LOVE talking about the immune system, which sounds super weird, but I really do think about it a lot. The immune system means “to be protected.” So from cells to skin to gut makes up your immune system. You want to make sure you are building by eating the right foods, getting enough sleep, and taking care of yourself to help prevent sickness.
However, when you do get sick, because you will, your immune system will be stronger and be able to fight the illness off quicker.
So many of us go straight for the over-the-counter meds when there are so many natural ways to help. In today’s episode I have some tips and thoughts on what you can take in order to help support your immune system when not feeling well.
