JEH #47: Making Time for Healthy Living

A common excuse that I hear ALL the time is I don’t have time.

Making time for healthy living is a side passion I have, and I want to debunk that excuse. I plan to be gentle but firm. I’m challenging you to MAKE the time and to take responsibility in your health.

After taping this episode, I realize that I was a little more direct than I’ve ever been, but this is a topic that I need to share with you more than I even knew!

Why?

Because I want you to be healthy, feel good, and live your life well. I want you to have energy, wake feeling free and not bloated. I don’t want you to feel chronically worn out and WAY less than your best like I did in my early 20’s.

I share 3 tips and thoughts on why you can make time for healthy living.

  • You have time
  • You don’t have time not to make time
  • Build Habits and Find Resources

Making the time for healthy living is so much easier than we think! If you’re looking for some tips on how to properly fuel your body before and after a workout, download this amazing guide!
