JEH #34: The Benefits & How-To of Intermittent Fasting

Podcast

Intermittent fasting (or ditching breakfast as I call it!) is a hot topic right now. There’s a lot of research behind the idea and I’ll be the first to admit it can be a bit detailed and overwhelming to know where to start.

In this podcast I break down intermittent fasting into the simplest way I can. I go through the benefits of intermittent fasting, the downsides, and who should (and shouldn’t) try intermittent fasting.

I’ve also created a free guide called Intermittent Fasting 101 that you can download to help you get started with your own intermittent fasting journey after listening to this episode.

Remember…always listen to your body!! I’m all about balancing throwing out the rules and using new science to help you feel your best and live the healthiest. Your body is unique, so be sure to listen to it above all else!

Bone broth may be the “hottest trend in health” today, even though it is centuries old. In fact, just about every culture throughout history has used a form of bone broth to support overall health, including supporting a healthy immune system.†

For as long as humans have been cooking food over fire, bone broth—the simmering stock of bones from fish, beef, chicken, turkey and other animals that are typically discarded—has been a daily part of life, celebrated by cultures around the world. Not only does bone broth add depth of flavor to recipes and meals, it also imparts significant and broad health benefits that are now capturing the attention of millions.

Dairy free, soy free, grain free and gluten free, this amazing supplement helps support healthy skin and aging, healthy energy levels and a healthy metabolism. Check out more and order some for yourself .
