JEH #25: Why You Need to Create Your Healthy Living Toolbox

I spent a lot of my pregnancy with Ottava figuring out what my business would look like once I finally had her and came back from maternity leave. I wanted to share the expanse of my knowledge, but do it in a way that made sense and really helped a lot of women.
