Happy afternoon lovelies. I recently got interviewed for the Listen Up Paleo podcast show and today the show goes live. I had so much fun with Liz and Kelly. (Kelly was getting over a cold and didn’t have a voice so you don’t hear a ton from her). This podcast is really fun, and I know I already said it, but I love an interview that’s just a good old conversation like you’d have over coffee. And we get to talk about health.
In this podcast I talk about my own grain free story and a lot about women’s digestive health and some keys to a healthy gut. This is my passion and I tried not to share too much science, but there’s some good stuff in science when it comes to gut health. There are takeaways + tips and tricks that you can start applying right now to your life.
They also asked me what I thought about all of the detox and supplement things out there and how to get some clarity to know if you should take a supplement or do a detox or just throw it all out all together. My answer may surprise you?
