Hi Briana-
So glad you found my site! Keep focusing on the healing diet and pushing forward. You can do it!!! Keep having a heart for learning and you will see success! Happy Thanksgiving!
I really enjoyed your recipes , all seems wonderful , wish I can try them ;)
What an awesome idea Meghan! I committed to making Thanksgiving healthier about 3 years ago, it would be great to have some more healthy recipes in my arsenal. ;) I would be most interested in the quinoa stuffing!
I would love a copy! :)
Great idea for a giveaway! Looks like some very useful recipes, and right in time for Turkey Day too :)
Hi Meghan,
I am in the process of cooking healthy for Thanksgiving Day – gluten free cornbread mix – almond or coconut milk instead of regular milk; however, I really am interested in the no grain stuffing (we call it dressing where I live :) My daughter doesn’t think the dressing will be the right consistency with the gluten free.
I have all the ingredients on my cabinet as I am typing to make no bake pumpkin cookies and the frosted pumpkin cookies. I am so excited you are giving away your e-book free to someone – what a wonderful gift!! Thank you!
May you have a blessed and joy filled Thanksgiving Day and life :)
Hi Meghan!!! My friend Will actually emailed me a link to your blog a couple of weeks ago, and, have thoroughly enjoyed reading your posts! I am gluten free, wheat free, soy free and dairy free. Somedays I really struggle with what to prepare for meals, smacks,
Love this! What a great idea :) We are grain-free and dairy-free, so new recipes (especially for holidays!) are always welcome!
I would LOVE a copy of this!
I would love to win a copy as I am really learning more about paleo and want more recipes.
Hi Dawn-
Thanks for commenting on my blog and following Just Enjoy Food. Keep learning about Paleo and grain-free diets. They are amazing and have the capacity to heal your body in a major way! Let me know if you have any questions!
Always love grain-free recipes!
Awesome Bethany! About 90-95% of my recipes are grain free. If I use any grains they are ancient grains (but that’s not too often). How long have you been following a grain-free eating plan?
I am always anxious for another one of your recipes. Thank you for being willing to share them.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting on this post. I’ll keep posting recipes :)

Hi Dr. Meghan,
I met you briefly and spoke to your husband at the women’s wellness conference in Glenwood, MN. I have been dealing with horrible stomach pain everyday for the past 7-8 years. About 2 months ago I finally figured out what is wrong with me after spending years with Dr’s and no answers! Not to mention the money I spent with colonoscopies, endoscopies, CT scans etc.. I’m feeling better now having removed ALL sugar, wheat, dairy, alcohol. Only problem is I have lost just about 20lbs and I’m down to 107lbs. I really was not looking to lose weight. I would LOVE to get your recipes for your thanksgiving tips to add to the table so I’m able to enjoy FOOD again!! :) I will be in touch with you soon! Thanks Meghan and Happy Thanksgiving! ~ Kristi

Thanks everyone for stopping by and commenting on this post. More giveaways to come in the future, so stay excited about that. In the meantime, make some dark chocolate peppermint cups and Happy Thanksgiving!
