1 stick (1/2 cup butter) organic grass-fed butter, soft
1.5 ounces organic cream cheese
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup almond flour
3 Tablespoons coconut flour
1½ teaspoons Stevita stevia
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 375 degrees and take out a baking sheet
In a food processor combine the butter, cream cheese and vanilla
In a small bowl add the almond flour, coconut flour and stevia and lightly stir together
Add half to the food processor and pulse together and add the second half of the flour and turn on the food processor for 30 seconds to completely combine the dough
Using a spritz cookie maker, add the dough into the cookie press and follow the instructions for your press. If you don't have a press use a 1 Tablespoon cookie scoop and flatten with a fork
Bake for 9-11 minutes (until very lightly brown) and let cool for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet before putting them on a cooling rack
Store in an airtight container at room temperature
