Weight loss is often times synonymous with low calorie diets, counting calories, starvation, fat free foods, over exercising, and overall deprivation. And it also includes all of the willpower you can muster. Sometimes it results in weight loss, but often leads to gaining the weight back and sometimes more. It’s frustrating. It’s defeating. Once we remove the source of toxicity and get to the cause of weight gain, lasting weight loss is possible. Your goal weight can be achieved and sustained. And sustained while still eating delicious, nutritious and fun foods.
