This smoothie is unique and gets me out of my smoothie rut. But it's full of healthy fats (hello avocado) and doesn't have the high blood sugar spiking fruits in it. It has a green granny smith apple, which is the apple with the least amount of sugar in it. The uniqueness comes from the mint. It's so good with fresh mint!

Ingredients
1 Granny smith apple, cored and cut into pieces
½ ripe hass avocado
½ cup water
3 sprigs of mint leaves
1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
Stevita Spoonable Stevia, to taste
Ice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until ice is incorporated (If you have a Vitamix or other high powered blender you can choose smoothie mode or a higher power mode that will break through the ice and not require the need to pulse
Puree until smooth
