Weight loss is something that is on a lot of people’s “to-do” list. We all want to feel our best and want to be the weight we feel we should be at our healthiest. However, weight loss can be frustrating! We are bombarded by all sorts of ads and articles about diets, cleanses, pills, potions and lotions all guaranteeing to help you drop pounds (and often times all to quickly and not in a healthy way).
Are you frustrated? Are you feeling like you’re at the end of your rope? Do you try “everything” and still feel like the scale doesn’t budge?
