Meal planning has become such a hot topic lately. We know that it can save us time and money in a practical sense, but have you ever thought about WHY you meal plan and how it can be biblical and help you serve your family well?
My good friend Natasha Red is on the podcast with me today discussing just this! Her heart and mission is meal planning and hospitality and how it can relieve unnecessary stress and improve relationships!
Natasha created a Seasonal Meal Planner to help busy moms be more intentional about their time so they can serve their family in a calm and loving manner. When you think about food, it’s not just fuel for your body, it also is something that brings us joy and comfort. It’s a way for us to love people.
This podcast is a bit longer than most, but it is so so good! Check it out and let me know what you think!

SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT: BEAUTYCOUNTER
Did you know that the personal care industry has very little regulation in our country?
Companies are allowed to include known toxins in their products – ingredients that are linked to hormone disruption, fertility issues, cancer and more.
And they aren’t required to disclose these ingredients with you. Sounds wrong, right?
I have been aware for a number of years that our personal care products don’t have enough regulations in this country to be called safe.
I’ve known I needed to switch my products and throw away some of the more toxic things, but my problem was that I couldn’t find products that worked well!
Everything I tried left my skin feeling dry and my makeup looking like I hadn’t put anything on after 10 am.
It was a real problem and I wanted to give up trying to find good and safe products…that is, until I discovered Beautycounter!
Beautycounter is committed to a health and safety standard that goes well beyond what’s required by U.S. law.
They’ve banned the use of more than 1,500 questionable or harmful chemicals through their “Never List”—all while ensuring their products perform and that they’re as indulgent as any other luxe shampoo, lipstick, or oil in the market.
