Emotions. We all have them, and sometimes they get the best of us. They range from a moment of frustration all the way to an emotional pattern of feeling anxious and frazzled all the time. I’ve been there. You’ve been there. We’ve all been there!
In this episode I discuss a broad overview of different strategies for supporting your emotions from a natural perspective.
Even though emotions aren’t openly talked about, it is OKAY if you’re not feeling your best or you don’t have it all together. (We are not immune from experiencing emotions or feeling unbalanced with them!)
