Christmas time comes with a lot of holiday cheer but also mounds and mounds of unhealthy foods. I’m guessing it’s not just me who experiences this Christmas/ December food phenomenon. I want to help! I have compiled some of my favorite recipes to help you in this Christmas season. I have also put together a little resource section below that will help with alternative to some of your previously favorite holiday foods.
The healthier I eat the healthier my holidays have become too. I don’t struggle with holiday weight gain (That starts with Halloween and goes until January 1st). And I also don’t struggle with any crashes in my moods either. Making the choice for a healthy holiday season is huge for both you and your family. You can even start making new holiday traditions on the foods you eat around the holidays. I’ll make a suggestion for you… start with the Christmas cut-out cookies! You won’t be sorry!
